Gua Sha & Reflexology Tool Set
I have chosen to design two tools, a Gua Sha and a Reflexology tool, that you can easily incorporate into your routine made out of clear quartz which is also known as the master healer. Clear quartz has the capacity to absorb, store, release and regulate energy, it resonates with all of the chakras as well as each zodiac sign. It's my favourite! It helps to bring the body back into balance whether your using it in the morning or in the evening.

Gua Sha tool Gua Sha is an ancient ritual that has been used for many years in East Asian and Chinese Medicine where scraping over muscles that are sore and tight or where energy seems to be blocked to help it release, the scraping is so intense that it leaves dramatic results. How we use it nowadays is in a more gentle way, we gently scrape with a Gua sha tool over the skin in upwards motion to help naturally clear blockages. When doing this consistently it can significantly help to reduce puffiness, dark circles, fine lines, wrinkles and overall help with firming the skin.
